Quality is not too good. At first it was good, but after a month it is starting to lose charge very quickly.

This battery just came in. It was in a little plastic envelope with a seal on it that says "Warranty Void If Removed". That seal was broken. I put it in my phone and it has no charge whatsoever. It is charging as I write this.Perhaps this is a new battery. Perhaps it will charge and hold a charge. If it does, I will come back here and revise this review, but either way getting something in with a broken warranty seal is not very encouraging. If this doesn't hold a charge I will be very upset.On the plus side, it is the exact battery I was looking for. Keep a good thought.Update 5/26 - The battery charged and has held the charge for 12 hours so far. I will update this again over time. I can't shake the thought that this is a used battery.Update 5/29 - After 72 hours battery showed one bar loss of charge. Recharged it.Update 6/1 - The battery is holding its charge. I upgraded my rating. I do not like receiving things that look questionable from the gitgo. I would have liked to hear a response from the company on the packaging and the look of the battery.

It looks exactly like the original battery on my phone which is discontinued but I like and find very helpful. It is not a smart home, but it's just what I need, and it still had the original battery that was like 5 years old. It charges quickly and lasts a long time.

I still have my Original Flip Phone I purchased back in 2003. Verizon no longer carry's the replacement battery. This was my 3rd replacement battery after all these years. Works great!

I recieved a battery from this company which didn't stay charged for more that 3 days. I gave a review stating this. Shortly after giving the review I was graciously contacted by the company concerning this issue. After a couple of back and forth emails they told me I could get a refund or another battery, I'm going to try another battery because sometimes you can get a bad one in the bunch and I will follow up later after the next battery arrives.I gave five stars this time because of their great customer service. The battery wasn't very expensive so the loss wouldn't have been huge. I received this battery and as soon as I popped it in my phone, I received a message telling me to install a battery. Here I am thinking could it be the charger? I used various chargers and that was not the problem. The problem was a defective battery. I contacted Amazon and was immediately sent a replacement battery which works fine! I wonder if these batteries are checked before they are sent out to consumers so this could be avoided. To Amazon's credit, the turn around was quick.

I am still using the old flip phone and it serves the purpose. Keeps the old girl running

I bought this battery in January 2015 and was initially disappointed that it seems to drop one bar at the end of a day of very light or no use of the phone, and quickly go dead after 2 days. I let the battery run completely down several times and after a few weeks it was holding a charge just as well as the battery that came with the phone when new. So it seems that the battery will improve if recharged from dead a few times. I'm very happy with the it now.
