Mixes well!
Deliciou flavors. Sugar free. Mixes/dissolves quickly. Best elecyrolyte supplement I've tried! I highly recommend if you need supplementation!

Love hydration with electrolytes
I did not order the Hydro pack, I ordered native path. I actually like them both, but what everybody addresses with native path had the clumping, I did not get that with Hydropack . I like the flavors from both and I suggest using ice or using seltzer water.

A must have for pregnancy!
I am not on the keto diet, but I use these for daily hydration while growing a tiny human and I definitely notice a difference if I skip a day or two. I mix one packet with 64 oz of water and sip throughout the day - adds a slight sweetness to my water that motivates me to actually drink the amount I need. I add some trace mineral drops for extra magnesium to keep leg cramps at bay, and a pinch of extra salt to keep my blood pressure normal (I tend to be on the lower side). More that I like about these electrolytes: -No added B vitamins - I like to drink electrolytes throughout the day and don't want ingredients that will interfere with my sleep at night -Better absorbable forms of magnesium and calcium -most of the flavors taste pretty decent, even when I drink them in the fully concentrated 16 oz mix -minimal other ingredients Things that aren't my favorite (but certainly not deal breakers): -it takes a few minutes and a little shaking to get the powder to fully mix (I always start with 16 oz as the directions indicate), though this could just be due to the composition of the tap water where I live -I wish they had slightly more sodium, but not a huge issue as I just add extra sea salt to the water -the pineapple coconut flavor leaves a strange feeling chalky residue at the end of the bottle
