It Works
It works for my needs if you’re looking for the instructions they’re actually on the item on Amazon. You just have to slide across and it shows you images and it’s pretty easy to figure out the hardest part was trying to screw the screws on, but once I figured out I needed needle nose, plier thing I was able to do it

Very flimsy with big spool
I did not recommend this holder for big spool because the spool base is just the metal bar with a flexible round plastic and the spool tends to be inclined

Decent Stand, mostly ok.
Well it's a basic stand. main tube is sturdy, clamps on table ok. Only real weak point is the arm and cups where the thread sits. If you put full 1lb spools of thread (All we ever buy). it will flex and twist all over the place as you operate the machine. If those points were reinforced/improved would be a good industrial stand.
