Perfect Little Bookcase - Exceeded Expectations!
I was in need of some simple, affordable storage for a small space, and this Furinno Pasir 3-tier bookcase in Americano fit the bill perfectly. I honestly wasn't expecting much given the price point, but I've been thoroughly impressed!Assembly was a breeze. I had it put together by myself in under 15 minutes, which is always a huge plus. The instructions were clear, and all the parts were well-labeled. Once assembled, it feels surprisingly sturdy for its lightweight design. The "Americano" finish is a lovely dark, rich color that looks far more expensive than it is. It's a great neutral shade that blends well with my existing decor. I'm currently using it to hold books, a few decorative items, and some small bins, and it handles the weight without any issues. This bookcase is ideal for dorm rooms, small apartments, or just adding a bit of extra vertical storage wherever you need it. It's compact but offers a surprising amount of storage capacity. Given the ease of assembly, the attractive finish, and the solid performance, I highly recommend this bookcase. It's an absolute steal for the price!

Good value for your money. Fit for purpose.
This is not a solid wood bookcase and the vendor does not claim it to be so. This bookcase is particle board with a veneer that looks fine. Item is great for a kid's room, a dorm room, a study, a goof-off room etc. The bookcase is easy to assemble and is most certainly fit for purpose. Solid value for your hard earned money.

Cheap and basic--good for simple, utiliarian needs
I bought two of these shelves in warehouse deals (came to about $40 total) which was cheaper than buying one of those nine cube DIY units from my local store, and they were a better height than the smallest IKEA shelf I had access too. I needed some relatively short shelves to help better utilize some space in my bedroom, and these satisfy that need pretty well.Things to consider and keep in mind:- Easy to assemble, especially if you have any experience building any IKEA furniture. Just need a screw driver, hammer, and a little patience to line up the hardware with the pre-drilled holes. Only took me like 20 minutes to make two.- I did misalign a screw and it carved out a chunk of the wood, but I caught it early enough to correct it without too much woe, so it's not a foolproof assembly.- Can be very affordable, but also oddly expensive. I'd wait for the price to drop or for a warehouse deal on a used set. These aren't worth more than $15-$25. Currently, this model is $29 at the time I'm writing this review and some sellers are even asking for $40+ and it's not worth it. You can get a huge IKEA billy of much better quality for $50.- Nice color array available; I got "americano" and short of scrutinizing it closely, it reads as black in color.- Acceptable build quality; it is, of course, particle board furniture and could probably be destroyed by too much weight being stacked on it, but so far my shelves have performed well at holding things like my makeup, a few small boxes of art supplies, a few paperbacks on the bottom shelf, etc.- The shelves themselves are not adjustable once screwed in place, nor can you adjust the height prior unless you measure and drill new holes yourself.- The shelves came packed in Styrofoam that absolutely disintegrated and was a huge mess, so be careful when opening the boxes; maybe have a vacuum on hand.Overall, they're basic little DIY shelves. They look okay, they perform well. Definitely a cheap, fast solution if you need a shelf that isn't too big. The insert recommends no more than like 20 lbs per shelf, so if you want to use it for books, I'd be mindful to not load it with anything too heavy.

Will do the job
So far so good, but definitely takes more than 30 min for assembly. Great color. Makes organizing easy for our books. Not super sturdy but does the job.

Is a shelf
For the price, I don't know what I was expecting. The build quality seems very basic, very bare minimum shelf with just a design layer to appear of a different type of wood. The assembly was not pleasant, trying to align three dimensions at once. The screw holes are pre-drilled and screws and nails are provided so that's a plus, for both the shelves themselves and the back cover. You will need a power drill and hammer for assembling this shelf. For the price, I would have preferred to buy a metal shelf that is short and wide or slimmer and taller instead, but it's better to have the option on the market than not to. I would have given it 2 stars but they included a tool that I ignored at first until I hit my finger hammering the nails. That's when it clicked that the tool must have had some sort of use for that, seeing its triangular shape. This is the kind of modern technology and ease of use facilities I expect from products nowadays, in this ever-growing competitive market. I did not elect 4 stars because I would not buy this product again, I've owned better products and alternatives, I wouldn't recommend this shelf to anyone I know. It is not a bad shelf, just not my cup of tea. Disassembling the shelf when moving will also prove to be a tedious task. Finally, the base of the shelf could have been slightly wider for me, at least for the top and bottom, or some sort of stand or aligning base, not by the length but the width Z axis. I couldn't drill everything to be perfectly aligned, as one thing or another kept moving when trying to hold 2 parts, a screw, and a drill all at once, I do recommend a second person if you do end up buying this anyway. I will likely still keep the shelf but leave it behind when I move, as repacking and returning it may be more tedious than just keeping it and using it lightly for some storage and basic items around the house.
