Same style I had before. Mounted on a secure frame. Very solid. Had a supply hose issue. Seller sent a complete new unit right away. Very happy with it.

I agree with some of the other reviewers. This unit is probably not the best choice for heavier hoses. I originally used a heavier hose, and my wife brought to my attention that the unit felt like it was almost ready to break. I paired it with a lighter 100-ft rubber hose , and it turned out to be a very good match - https://a.co/d/0bOLUIjZ. Operation is not require much effort, and everything has been working well throughout the summer. I also added Velcro to relieve some of the pressure on the incoming water hose and installed a large washer to keep it more secure. I’ll see how well the unit holds up next year, but so far, I have no concerns at all.

I have been using wall mount hose reels for 30 years now, one on the front and one on the back of the house. This Suncast is the worst that I've ever had. First, the install went well, but the reel was completely filled with 100 ft of hose. Yet, it is advertised as holding 175 ft of 5/8 in hose. Second, the reel is all plastic and extremely flimsy. It's obvious that it's not built well enough to hold 175 ft of hose. Third, one reason that I chose this reel was because it has a 3-year warranty, but they won't honor the warranty. After only a little over a year, the top right corner mount cracked. Cheap plastic. It was just a matter of time before the whole reel would rip out of the wall and fall to the ground, so I emailed customer support, explained the issue and included a photo of the defect. They denied my request and called the defect "consequential or incidental damage." I am using a much shorter (and lighter) hose than what the hose reel is advertised to handle. In addition, this hose reel is installed in a location where it is rarely used, so that again points to a defect. I responded to their denial by asking, "If you don't cover something like this, can you give some examples of what you do cover?" No response. When you pay and expect to get a 3 year warranty, you won't get anything. They absolutely don't stand behind their product. I don't recommend buying this product. I had an Ames wall mount reel last for many years, but they don't make it anymore. For $60 more, I've switched to a mobile Gorilla hose reel from a big box store.

The Suncast slide track garden hose reel was exactly what I was looking for. I needed a hose reel to mount to my wall. This is just what I needed.

It looked to little and I didn’t think it would hold up when I use my heavy rubber hose with it. So I put it back in the box that it came in and sent it back. This company charge me almost $44 for putting it back on their shelf. Make sure you keep it if you buy it from them! They told me it was damaged, all I did was take it out of the box look at it and put it back in the box.

Haven't used it yet since we installed it just before the winter, but seems to be somewhat sturdy.

Works great, spools 100’ feet of garden hose no problem, easy to install. Like the long feeder hose, makes it easier for placement near hose connection.

I always enjoyed buying the "SUNCAST" product. It was made strong and last for long time. I really appreciated the "new" shipping process which delivered the product in no time. Will not hesitate a bit to buy Amazon products again since I had Amazon Prime membership.
