Rich in ingredients.
I used Collaflex before, this one has an even richer composition. You just need to remember that only regular use gives results.

They did not work for me!
I really wanted them to work. I have achy joints preventing me from doing exercises. I had been using a multi collagen powder but it caused stomach problems so I had to change. But the tablets did not work for me. I still have clicking knees and achy joint. So frustrating.
