Is this good for kids? If so what age range?

This product is great for all age ranges to begin practicing boxing and improving reflexes and coordination. We recommended the child is at-least 5 years or older as it will be a quicker learning curve. The balls are great and will teach kids the fundamentals (such as taking hits, combos, coordination, and etc.) early.

Is it suitable for children's agility training?

Suitable for adults, children, the elderly. Can be used. The headband has a Velcro that can be adjusted at will and uses all the crowds.

Will the connection of the boxing ball be very long? I think my arm is relatively short.

You adjust the length of elastic accordingly, pretty straight forward, one size fits all.

Can these boxing balls withstand high-intensity training?

I am a boxer. I use them in boxing training. They can withstand my training intensity.
