Great product went to doctor to get a check up cause I was has having shortness of breath and a abnormal ekg they didnt find anything within a week of take 4 pills a day my ekg is normal now and my shortness of breath has subsided with this product amazing!!!

I take Two in the Morning and Two in the Evening and watch my Salt intake, and my BP has dropped from 175/80 down to 130 to119/ over 55, this stuff works, but you need to watch the Salt, because it will drive you BP sky High. I would like to add that before I tried this Brand, I was using the WalMart brand, which is Spring Valley that's made in China, it was working great for about a year and 8 months, then it became hard to find and I was told they changed the maker in China, and that's when my BP went back up, I figured it was because they deluded it or cut back on the Berries, so I switch to the Solaray Brand and my BP went right back down. I would like to add that I tried the Solaray one a day which is 600mg and is made with not only the Berries but also the Leaves & Flowers, and it did nothing, For some reason the above 525mg that is all berries works the best for me.

Wow! Not sure, but i think these healed my "trigger thumb". It was getting so painful! I could not bend it. Had to hold it straight. If it bent past the frozen position it was incredibly painful! I started using this. I don't even remember exactly why. But my thumb started loosening up. And then, I could bend it. With no pain! Besides that, these things taste good! At least to me. They taste like licorice, except they don't have the chemical in it that causes problems. I don't know if this would help with other joint or tendon issues, but I am pretty sure it helped for me.

Between good to medium very good. WE have other alternatives available and compared to them it is very expensive. But works up to 70-80%. That is the reason one can use if Indian Ayurvedic alternates not available.
