Works great for the pool

Works perfect! Just what I needed for my pool. Very happy with purchase. You can adjust the size of the pole by taking out links. Photos show pole completely extended. I was looking for an inexpensive net for cleaning the top of my pool and it works great.

This skimmer is OK. It has plastic detente pins that hold the skimmer onto the telescoping handle but it's not a very tight or sturdy fit. I ended up drilling and installing an additional screw onto the handle through the plastic skimmer piece to snug it up.I didn't really need the telescoping handle, but it's a usable nice feature to have. It's a good value for the price which was the main reason why I purchased this one. There are more expensive ones out there, but I only need it for occasional use in my hot tub, so price was important.

Pull lasted a good bit net ripped in 3 mouths of use

I only gave this product 2 stars because the skimmer net is not very functional. The product is well made. However, the net is so tight that it is very difficult to scoop and lift leaves out of the water without them falling off. Its like trying to get leaves out using a flat paddle. Also, the pole is too short. Very limited use, unless the leaves are close to the side of the pool.I threw mine away and bought a longer better skimmer net at Lowes for about the same price.Sorry, just telling it how it is.

Got short arms [like most of us] then this is for you. Long pole with a scoop net on the end is wonderful for cleaning hot tubs, pools or that bird bath. Light weight too. Probably not for kids as they may hit each other. LOL

There was an issue with the product and the company got right on it and took care of the issue in a timely manner!! I am very happy with their service!!!

It was about a month until the cheaply made aluminum extension piece snapped/broke and we had to use the skimmer for the rest of the season on its shortest setting. Even now, at the end of the season, I see small bits of the screen detaching from the frame of the skimmer head. Many times I went to a local pool store to test my water and felt their skimmers in hand and they were heavier and sturdier and I wished I would have spent the extra money there. The skimmer is being included in our $25 east set pool neighborhood giveaway. (13 ft pool with cartridge filter pump) and we are going to get a bigger pool and put it in a new location next year and I will be getting a different skimmer. (Ps. No matter what kind of pool u have, you’re going to want a brush so be sure to buy a skimmer with a pole that will also fit a brush. Or buy a 2&1 deal (pole is interchangeable with skimmer and pool brush).
