Had spent a lot of time searching for an ideal threadmill for home use before deciding on this one. The lifelong threadmill seems to be the ideal equipment for my daily workout. I liked the build and quality of the product. Have been using it for the last one week. The motor is pretty silent and incline function works very smooth as well.The function buttons are a bit dull and finding start and stop buttons is initially a problem, though you get used to it with daily use. Overall it is a great buy and would recommend it.

I got it installed on 5th February 2020 and after 20days it stopped working and since than I've been following up with the executive of this brand and everyday he gives some story and delay the repair of the product. I really dont know what to do now, tired of their customer service. Please dont buy this companies product. You have to suffer if something goes wrong with the machine.

Happy with the purchase.Writing after 1st run, extremely easy to use.Pros:- Not much of a lubrication required for me, once in 2 months is enough(probably)- Have cool and best support staff possible.(I have experienced: Installation service, query management, call support)- Pretty brief and easy installation process(first time its on the house)- They even sent a 6 months extended warranty card(applicable on registration)- Size is more than i expected but it is elegant in design and does not looks like its holding space(it kinda does but comparatively looks attractive)Cons:- Biggest con i would say is forcing customer to write a review within 10 days, i say let customer explore first then let them write about it.(reduced 1 star for this)- Pretty heavy machine (I guess, I can't complain about it if its a treadmill but its my first treadmill so here it is.)- Hard to move around even with the wheel you need some special technique and lot of power to be able to move it.- wrong printing may lead to wrong assumptions, in user manual it is said i should receive the parts like waist-twister, massagaer head & belt, holder bars for massager and dumbells.Advice while purchasing:- check what you want and match yours- make sure there aren't any features that you are not going to use day to day.- hard to move around so if you are moving frequently from one place to another then totally not suggested for you.- if above items you can accept then you have hit a jackpot this is the product you were looking for since past month or so.😅In the end....Thanks Lifelong for nice support.To lifelong:Please reprint your user manuals carefully, it should not give wrong info; also it would be really nice if you can add program descriptions so we can understand what we are selecting.( I know little graph is printed on machine itself, but for me it was kind of non self-explanatory)

The delivery was on time.. And was very easy to assemble.. Which i did on my own. The performance is good.. The speaker are not upto the mark though.. Improvement in speakers are required. The incline works perfectly.. The motors does not make noise.... Though I have been using the treadmill only for a week.. I am very much satisfied... The rubber belt needs a bit improvement though that is not a big issue.. Overall a very good product at very reasonable price range...

I purchased this product 2years ago. I haven't used it for more than a month due to change in my work location. When I started it again after a year, the motor burned down so I requested support team to replace the motor and since then I am getting some autometed emails from their side that the motor is not available in their stock. I don't know how long it will take to get the motor installed. So I am rating support services 1 star (can't go below this). I am getting same email since 1 month for every 2 3 days. There is no support in case the product stops working. I personally recommend to go with other brands.

This is a bad time to buy treadmills it seems. There are no technicians available nearby to install the product. That's what the customer care says. They even offer to refund installation cost if we do it by a 3rd party.In my case I did it on my own. Got no refunds. Wasted my time. While I have no complaints for the product, I certainly did not like the customer service.

The media could not be loaded. Lifelong means quality product.I have already purchased lifelong brand gas stove mixer and ceiling fan...It was a nice product with durability.because of this lot of experience of that product I had blindly ordered this treadmill.And it was really study and good with low price and heavy quality.Only the plastic dial is not good, instead of plastic they have to used fibre like a dashboard in a car, it will be a nice if company will take decision for this.Cons: only service not available.
