I have a laptop, wacom touch display and a monitor...can i connect these 3 things together with hdmi splitter?

I have cctv cameras with 3 recorders. As the tv has 2 hdmi ports i cant seem to add the 3 port. Would this product help? If so please explain

If recorders have HDMI outputs it should work alternately of course. But these switchers tend to give trouble later on & I got so fed up that now I have a TV with 3 HDMI inputs which serves my purpose very well & mo fiddling around with the switcher every time. I tried several but they all eventually gave trouble.
