Versatile In Use
The flavor seems just a little bland. I put the bag in the freezer to avoid spoilage. They tasted best when used in baked goods, salads or desserts.

Awesome and Absolutely Best macadamia nuts!
We bought this same package of nuts from Hamakua nut farms store in Hawaii and brought a bag home. Then looked on Amazon (of course) to see if anyone was selling them and were elated to find them! There. Is a noticeable difference in the flavor because these have a sweetness at the end where the ones from our local produce store do not! We're so happy to enjoy them at home now!

You will find some in the bag that are not fully cooked
They are good quality nuts however you WILL find some that are chewy or have an odd texture to them and not fully cooked. I like the fact that they made it with sea salt which makes my taste bud think there's more salt on them then there actually is. Macadamia nuts are expensive but if you buy these you more than likely WONT be disappointed. It's just finding one or two in the bag that are NOT cooked and chewy that bothers me.

YUM! Thankfully my bag is fresh, smells good, and tastes great. Whole macadamia nuts with that wonderful crisp snap crunch. Dry roasted, no added salt or anything else. Ugh so good. Be sure to dole out a little and then tuck the rest away because it is hard to stop once get started eating these.Macadamia nuts are supremely easy to chop if need be for baking. I prefer that they come whole as they seem to stay fresher longer, also I prefer texture of popping a round macadamia nut in my mouth. LOve these so much I am already thinking of buying more.Exp date stamped on it is 12/07/2022. Assuming month, date, year, this is pretty good. I acquired these 04/2022. I'm trying hard to make these last a day let alone 6 months, haha.The bag is a basic mostly clear plastic/cellophane like bag--typical for a lot of nuts or beans sold in stores. No pressure zip closure. I recommend sliding into another bag or container and keep out of light for maximum freshness retention.

I just received a bag of the Lightly Salted, date code of Sept 2024The nuts are fresh and tastyThe bag was somewhat damaged - it had deep creases as if it had been pinched sharply, but it remained airtight and didn't affect the nuts

I tried other macadamia nuts by other brands and I think this is the best one. Highly recommend for a nice snack.
