I tried purchasing a couple bottles but on check out it tells me "this item cannot be delivered in your area" doesn't state the reason, why?

We had the same problem in Alaska, now not so much...not sure what happened.

How long will an open bottle last if refrigerated?

It should last 10-12 days opened in the fridge

Do you know list of ingredients?

The Bottle says: Water, Sugar, Salt, Hot Sauce, Citric Acid, Orange Emulsion, Potassium Sorbate, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Bezoate, Red 40 and Yellow 6. It tastes great and goes very well with Tequila.
