Accu Chek Glucose Log Book

Very convenient for recording blood sugars. Spaces are large enough to write in, but the book is nice and compact.

I was charged $3.99 for a teeny tiny booklet, maybe one worth 25 to 50 cents (if that) and then another $3.99 for shipping.... From the shipping cost and picture, you would think this thing was much larger than it is... it's maybe 5x3 inches (guess-timating) and looks like it's half of the size of the log book I got with my (other brand) meter that comes free.... so for around $8 I got a tiny book with maybe 15-20 pages - unreal.....only in america.... the vendor paid 61 cents + an envelope for the $3.99 shipping I paid.... and the book is so cheap-o - I can't get over this....

It's hard to find logbooks that fit your pouch, this one is perfect and the print inside is easy to read if one has a vision issue.

This booklet is not exactly what I thought it was--it is very small. I thought it was like the one I got with my meter (about 5 x 7) but it is maybe 2 x 3 just to let folks know.

this book is correct size for me but it only last for 14 weeks.the real one from accu check last for much longer.

This booklet is perfect. It is small, compact and can be easily carried on your person. It is easy to follow when testing and recording results.

This is like something you get for free with a meter.

I ordered two books, they came in two days and I like the format used to record my data. It's set up to record the days you test, not requiring you to use a weekly schedule. Will order again.
