Thanks to Amazon for refunding my money. After installation, this MB wouldn't boot. Bought a MB tester and all, but no luck. Thought maybe I'd something wrong?? But I replaced it with a "Gigabyte Intel H81 USB3.0 SATA 6Gbps D-Sub ATX Motherboard GA-H81-D3" and this MB works fine after software driver hassles.

My biggest complaint with this board is the boot and bios times. The times aren't horrendous, but are noticeably slower than my gaming pc (which uses an Asrock Z77 Extreme 4) and my laptop (Samsung 3 series). I would expect them to be close or equal, considering they all have the same operating system, and all have SSDs. This is probably a function of the chip set, not the manufacturer. Other than that, this board is decent. The bios is very easy to use, the components feel solid, and everything has worked flawlessly.

Great board for the price. Using this for my Windows NAS with a Intel G3220t and two HGST 3TB in a mirror raid. Runs cool and seems very reliable so far. I only gave it 4 stars because I wish Asus would stop woth the gold color accents. Other boards arnt an option because I only use Asus boards. I've built many computer for all different types of work and Asus has always been the best in my experience.

An awesome board. For a simple system with LGA 1150 chipset this fits the build. Would have much better with a USB 3.o header on the MB. ASUS build quality components and they have never let me down.

This mobo wouldn't boot into windows, and the bios is very different. And after a while, my sata devices weren't showing up in the bios. I am clueless on what to do.

This board has worked excellently! Why on earth would you ever buy a board that isn't an Asus?? If you want great quality and a slick board that gets the job done more than you could hope for then get an Asus board. This is an excellent entry-level gaming board as well!
