Ok I didn't realize it was adult for my 7 year old but I honestly don't see how this could ever fit an adult my son is a kids size 7-8 in clothing and I had to pull the extension quite a bit to fit. Also remember this is more of a neon orange for the orange choice not a dark orange. The quality of the product is as great as any other belt.
