There are 12 four oz. bags of gummis in each case. The pieces in each four oz. bag are not individually wrapped.

Haribo usa sources these from different places. is the product being shipped by amazon today sourced from austria or germany?

As I have yet to place an order for the Haribo Ginger-Lemon gummies, I am unable to answer this question. However, I have ordered their "Peaches" and can tell you they are delicious!

Bears came melted in bags and had expired date how do I return ?

I would start a return with Amazon which at that time they may offer you to send a message to the vendor and then you can show your proof of the damage and expiration and they may resolve it that way. Good luck.
