The one I received was. Anyway, once you go down to get air, they will take this tank and give you one already filled.

I only use beverage grade exchange. costs $25.00. I don t think there is much difference in price.

In a small town where do you ask if it can be filled and is a 10 half the price of the five to fill? What fill price are you walking away from?
