I am not 100% sure it is responsible for an improvement in my muscles, but I can tell you it is really amazing to incorporate everywhere. With my milk and some chocolate, in pancakes instead of flour, pudding, even in some sauces to thicken it. It mixes pretty well and doesn’t have that overly chalky texture some powders do. The flavor is mild (reminds me of baby milk powder but super light) so it doesn’t take over whatever you’re making. Plus it is without sugar so can be baked into salty stuff as well. It is easy to work into different meals. Really love it, other powders usually have that chocolate strawberry or peanut taste..

I use this in my homemade granola and it helps the granola bunch together to give that great texture. It has no flavor so it’s great and blends into everything so nicely.
