A serving size is a heaping tablespoon or 15 grams. I checked on my scale and one tablespoon is 50 grams. Should I go by weight or tablespoon?

Wow, that's quite a difference in weight. I have always gone by tablespoon, but I was not aware of the discrepancy - I've never weighed it. If you choose to go by tablespoon and the calorie count is important, just make the necessary adjustments to your calorie count. Not a very good answer, but it's the best I can think of. Good luck.

Does it have sugar added. If yes do you have another organic brown rice protein without sugar, milk, ?

It says no added sugar. However, rice is glycemic. If you must be on a non-glycemic diet I suppose this wouldn't be for you. My interpretation of "no added sugar" is exactly that, none was added to the natural sugar contained in the rice, as opposed to sweeten the protein with sugar, honey, syrup or what have you.

What other ingredients does the plain rice protein powder have?

Hi Dorothy, the Nutribiotic rice protein is "Enzymatically processed rice protein from certified organic, whole grain, sprouted brown rice." That's it. It has a mild "flavor" of its own, but mixes very well with smoothies & oatmeal, I add it into other things by sprinkling it in, and also add it to bread dough and other baked things. I really like it, for what it's worth.
