Q: Is the grease and stain remover?

Very good cleaner. I have used it for many years. A great cleaner. Not sure about specific stains. Good against grease. I use it a lot for cleaning paint brushes. Excellent for that.

Q: Can you use this full strength or should it be diluted?

Full Strength for max result for road tar removal off walls, cars, clothes. Dilute for everyday cleaning. If you step in tar, use full strength on your shoes or feet. Nothing else works without taking off the skin!!
