6AM Run Marathon Running Supplements, Raspberry Iced Tea 40 Servings

Very good product. It is a sudden clean energy. You don’t get jitter during or after. But you feel the energy you need. Also the I tend to get acid reflux from these workout supplements. This doesn’t do that at all. So if you are sensitive to workout supplements or anything. This may be worth the short. I enjoy this quite a bit and will continue to purchase.

I have used 6am marathon pre-workout for almost a year. I keep 2 different flavors in stock so I have a bit of variety. I'm satisfied with the flavors, they are not overpowering or artificial. They can power me through a 1-3 hour run or ride or a workday. It's clean energy with no side effects from the start and over the long term. Steady state of high energy. It helped me switch to morning cardio training. I take this and a banana immediately when my alarm goes off. Will keep using through my future endurance training.

I just tried this product for the first time today before my recovery run as a test drive. I will say that I do like this product and will continue to use it. It was wonderful for my mental game. At no point during my run did I have that usual mental struggle of feeling like I’m too tired or too sluggish- you know the one, usually felt at the 3 minute mark and then again at the 3 mile mark. It was awesome- mentally I felt like I could have run for hours. However, because of this super mental strength it made it almost impossible to hear my body. I was unable to physically gauge if I was running too hard for what my body was able to give in that moment. I ended up with a calf and foot cramp because I was running too hard up a hill when I’m not physically ready to do so. Also, usually after my runs I’m ready for a small snack however I feel no need to eat, in fact I feel like I will have to force myself to eat something. If this product is not used properly I feel like someone could end up with an injury or at least a running setback and no marathon running wants that! Use responsibly

Gives me the boost and the taste is pleasant however it just makes me really thirsty

Once I take 6AM Marathon Run Pre-Workout, I feel locked in and focused almost immediately. My workouts feel smoother and easier to push through, even on days I’m low on motivation. I notice I can give more effort without feeling jittery, and I genuinely feel like I’m getting the most out of every workout. It’s become a go-to for training days when I want to show up strong and stay consistent.

This product is way to sweet for my liking, I have to mix a scoop in 16-20oz of water and even then I chug it because it's so sweet. Having to add so much water defeats the purpose because then I have to pee a ton while trying to run

Finally got 1 of 2 Marathon products, Unfortunately Thanos used it and now I’m under his powers....I hate his grin 😑 my 1st time using this product, I got referred to buy this from one of my Running colleagues. I was hesitant on buying any pre-workout products because I do not use anything to enhance my abilities. So anyway, during my jogging/ Running, I felt very good while going the distance, my heart rate didn’t climb to a crazy number like I thought. I actually wanted to keep jogging & not stop. Which was unusual, but I was on cloud 9 and I was mentally focused while jogging. I didn’t have any urges to walk a lot. I just kept jogging like Forrest Gump. Once I’ve got done my jogging. I walked inside my place and did not feel sluggish, drained and out of breath. I’m pretty sure and I’m willing to back it up 100%, as my testament. That this product works and I’m giving it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ without a doubt. So I can’t wait to use this product when it’s time for the 15k Gate River Run. Flavor is so good and I don’t get the jitters like some give me. Definitely helped for those early morning workouts
