Great healing Elastoplast. I’d burnt my shins on holiday and got blisters. This healed them up very quickly.

These seem to be okay on a flat area but are not so good on a knee, they don't stretch enough, but for a smaller area they're good, one thing to note is I have very sensitive skin yet these were fine, other makes I've tried leave a red mark on my skin for months after removing them, I would use these again

They are expensive per unit but once on they stay on regardless of showers bathing or even dirty work like gardening. If you have aged thin skin where a slight knock can lead to bleeding this is for you. I have a selection of sizes and force myself not to lift them to see how I'm doing. Once the plaster is clear it's done it's job.if you have thin skin liable to start bleeding after a slight knock give them a try.

I bought this because Duoderm wasn't available in a big enough size and pack and I have run out. It's not as thin as Duoderm or pliable, consequently it doesn't contour as well and keeps lifting. I'm using it on a minor burn where the blister has burst and was exuding. So far it seems to be absorbing well but I don't think it will last a couple of days like the thinner product. It would however be fine to use on a greyhound's paw to cover a corn for a couple of hours to soften it ready for hulling which is why I usually have a stock of these hydrocolloid dressings in my first aid kit.

Clean and dry the area as best ypu can. On first application it does seem like it won't stick but it needs the bodies warmth to activate the adhesive. Wrap a light bandage around it to keep in place for half hour then it will be fully adhered. On my leg I used a calf length ski sock which was brilliant. Afterwards its fully water resistant in the shower and leave on for at most a week.or until it starts to peel away. There's 5 in a pack but I only needed 2 before an 8 month wound finally healed in 2 weeks!! No creams no steroids no gels etc.!!

I had a nasty large burn from boiling water. I laced these dressings onto the wound and changed every couple of days. I’m pleased to say it has totally healed without any infection. Didn’t find them difficult to take off and totally waterproof. Make sure you buy the correct size for wound. Worth every penny

My disabled dad gets bed sores and the pads off the NHS are square so catch on his undies and cause more sores so I got these and they work really well.

I can't stress enough what a great value this is for $25. One sheet of these 15cmx15cm hydrocolloid dressings can be cut into 225 typical-sized acne-spot patches, which usually go for $10/120. And there are 5 sheets. While these dressings are thicker than the ones made specifically for acne, they can be cut to size for other wounds like cuts, burns, and rashes; seems to promote healing compared to a normal bandage; and doesn't stick to scabs as a normal bandage do. In fact, the moist environment it creates over the wound prevents a dry, itchy scab from forming, but protects it in place of the scab. Keep in mind that for uses other than acne spot treatment, it is better to leave the patch on for a few days instead of changing it daily. Definitely worth having a pack or two in your first aid kit.

I have used duoderm similar products this one is excellent. This is medical grade performance, knowing what to watch for to change the dressing is the key. The product will bubble up at the wound or turn white...remove the dressing clean the wound dry a bit and replace with a new one. This product DOES NOT STICK TO THE WOUND.
