Carhartt Men's Twill 6 Pocket Lab Coat

Love the coat, great quality, and excited to wear it in the lab.Two reservations: Looks more form-fitting in the product picture than it is in real life (it's kinda boxy). If you don't know what a back bi-swing is you should look it up too before you decide you want one. Size was somewhat larger than expected: I usually get medium everything for a good fit --- medium cotton t-shirts get short on me after I wash. 40 in this case was probably the right size for me given that the length of the arms were perfect, but as I said....feels boxy.

The lab coat is well made. The fabric is of ideal weight and finish. The coat does not wrinkle excessively. The cut is generous allowing one to comfortably round in a vest or light sweater. The sleeves have a raglan cut allowing the shoulders free range. Pockets accommodate stethoscopes, otoscopes, phones, hammers, snacks without overflow. It has maintained its structure after being laundered 6 times. I write this review as I order another, one size smaller. Did I mention it's slimming effect?

This jacket was the first I'd bought from Carhartt. Size 44 white lab coat. Positives: Higher quality materials and build than others I've bought at a better price, certainly much better from brick and mortar uniform stores. Extra flap (pocket) in front is handy for scrip pads or other pads. Negative: I feel it fits a bit larger and boxier than the others I've bought in the same size. I do recommend this jacket. Albert

Fits as expected...however, I need to take one turn up of the sleeves. Otherwise, wash/dry/wear without issues! Will wrinkle if left in the dryer.... pull out as soon as done and hang it up.

The pockets have nice stitching. I think the anti bacterial cloth is nice. So far the only con is that the material is somewhat see through I don't like wearing dark colored clothes underneath it :(

For the price this jacket was very well made.It is a good lenght, and the fastening works well and looks like it costs a lot more.

Coat is decent, but the open area above the top button is much more open than in the pic. Ideally I would have liked that top button to be a bit higher

Good craftsmanship, it ran a bit small
