Can handle enclosed fixtures!
People complain about LED bulbs not lasting, but the trick is to search for bulbs that are rated for use in enclosed fixtures. LED light bulbs generate much less heat than the old incandescent ones, which worked by making a little wire white-hot. But some heat is still generated, and if it's trapped inside your light fixture, it will damage bulbs that aren't made to take it. I found these Luxrite bulbs by including the word "enclosed" in my Amazon search. They work fine, are instant-on (unlike some of the compact florescent bulbs), and they put out a bunch of light for much less power than the incandescents they replaced. I'm happy. These have been going for about a year, they're bright, silent, and steady. I haven't checked whether they're dimmable, but that would be in the product description. None of mine are on dimming circuits. All I care about is that when I flip the switch, the world is instantly brighter. These work.

Dimmable, but not very
Let me start by saying these suckers are BRIGHT. Like, really bright. I tried them in my bedroom and replaced them with 40W equivalents because they were too bright. I bought this to pair with my Lumary L-DS100 dimmable smart switch in my bedroom. The switch is listed as being LED compatible and dims other LEDs without issue. I can dim them to about 60% before they start to flicker. I'll dim them to that level and the light will be fine for about 10 seconds, then they start to flicker pretty bad. If I go to the lowest dimming level then they turn off completely. Part of the issue may be my switch, however I have tried two other brands of bulbs and they dim through the full range. All of the bulbs I have tried do flicker slightly at the lowest level, so I keep them at around 50%. I put some Feit 40W equivalent 3000k dimmable LEDs instead and they work great. The Feit bulbs are heavier and feel more solid. I picked up a 4 pack at my local hardware store for $12.99, so they were a great value. I will hold onto these Luxrite bulbs and use them elsewhere in my house though as I need bulbs for my hallway. Overall, they're fine bulbs and very bright. They just don't dim very well, which is exactly why I bought them in the first place.

Flickering after a few months in an enclosed fixture
Have had these in an enclosed 3 bulb fixture for a little over a year. One bulb has been flickering for a few months. Opened up the fixture and all the bulbs have cracking in the plastic, so I think even though these say they’re rated for enclosed fixtures, they don’t last long as they seem to retain a lot of heat. I’m going to switch to a more well known brand like Philips and hope for a better outcome.

Happy With My Purchase!
So far so good! No buzz, dims nicely, and I am a fan of 3000K. The 1100 lumens work perfectly in my bathroom.

These LED bulb "flickers" when dimmed & at full brightness!
My search for a 75 watt LED equivalent bulb, 3000K, 1100L found this one. The pros: + Pretty good price of $18.71 for a 4 pack + Amazon Prime free shipping! + Lots of buyers & pretty good rating. + These LED bulbs are bright & have the color we wanted. The cons: - All the LED bulbs "flicker", either when dimmed or at bull brightness! Closing remarks: ▪ I purchased the LUXRITE 60 watt & 100 watt equivalent LED bulbs & they both work perfectly! VERY strange that this 75 watt equivalent LED bulb "flickers"? ▪ AI is not always correct, but Rufus was correct on this LED bulb... when I finally asked! On hindsight, I should has asked Rufus if this LED bulbs "flickers" & I should have perused the one star customer reviews! ▪ These are unusable, so I'm returning these LED bulbs!

The bulbs are quiet with a LED supported dimmer
I have gone through other Dimmable LED bulbs with my LED supported dimmer and other bulbs make a high pitched noise. These Luxrite are dead quiet and would definitely buy these again!

Don’t last long
3000K is the perfect colour for most situations, but sadly these bulbs don’t last long. Purchased in March 2023 and needing to replace because they’re flickering. So disappointing.

Burned Out 3 Weeks
Installed these in three sealed outdoor fixtures. 2 out of 3 burned out in less than a month. Would not recommend.
