Product does what it's supposed to do. The problem is that your dog will love it....as a chew toy, that is. I'm ordering this to replace one my dog chewed up. And it's not the first time this has happened, and not by the same dog, either. I've also seen other reviewers post that their dog chewed up one of these remote, so this seems to be a common problem. Perhaps if it was redesigned to be slightly larger and more physically robust? In any case, I'm just glad that these replacement remotes are readily available at reasonable cost so I don't have to buy a whole new HDMI switch every time one of my dogs gets bored and decides to try out a new "chew toy."

Battery included, so it’s about 5 seconds from unwrapping to happily switching inputs. Couldn’t be any better!

Replaced my dog chewed remote perfectly. I just activated the battery, pointed it at the switcher pressed a selection button and the selected input activated. Couldn’t be easier!!!!

I've purchased four of these in the last year or two for my Airbnbs. The first two worked right out of the box. The second two arrived with dead batteries. As mentioned in some other reviews, replacing the battery is a pain... and not worth the price of entry, so to speak. I'll take a hard pass on future purchases.

Works with Spectrum & Apple TV. The battery replacement mechanism is so poorly designed, may as well buy a new remote when the batteries drain.

My original Kinivo remote for my switcher box stopped working. Well, the battery ran out and I couldn't figure out how to replace it! Fed up of getting up and down to switch electronics I decided to see if I could get a replacement remote! This one is slightly different than my original but works perfectly! I'm very pleased I managed to get something that works at a reasonable price!
