I use these to replace aglets on shoe laces. They work well enough.

I wanted a collection of heat shrink tubing choices for the occasional electronic project. There are many to choose from and they shrink well (about 2x). I deducted one star because there are a few in-between sizes that would have been helpful to have. Also, I doubt the very large tubes will ever be used. I have used most of the medium sizes all ready leaving the very tiny and very large tubes. The quality is good but I found there were too many sizes. Would have preferred half as many sizes with more quantities. Not the fault of the product, just a personal preference.

The kit works as advertised. But it provides only 1:2 shrink ratio and had no glue inside. It makes it hard to fix cables with broken insulation. Usually you need a bigger diameter to go over the connector and if you do so, 1:2 shrink is not enough to get a tight fit. E.g. as other reviewer said 6mm is not enough to go over lighting connector, so I used 8mm, but it does not shrink enough to sit tight over the cable.For cable insulation fix purposed I'd recommend to pay extra few dollars and get a 1:3 shrink kit with adhesive inside.

wonderful and easy to use. just wish there were more sizes, better shrink ratio, glued interior, and mixed colour variations (a primary colour with a coloured strip(s)). this kit makes wire identification much easier.
