The Irish Don’s Black Beauty: Part One Kindle Edition

I can honestly say that I am at a loss for words. This is truly a phenomenal book in my personal opinion and that's saying a lot. I was among the lucky ones to have been able to have read the original drift on Wattpad and I didn't think that it could have gotten any better than that. I realize now how wrong I was. In this version of the story, you're able to see both Conner and Kahlani develop into stronger characters. Whereas in the original things felt a little more rushed with their relationship, which left holes or arose more questions about the plot. There are some grammar mistakes throughout the book, but no true masterpiece is without flaws. It is definitely worth the buy and the read, you won't regret it. This book will have you at the edge of your seat ready to scream, laugh and just downright get into a fistfight. This book leaves you wanting so much more, not only from Conner and Kahlani but also from the side characters throughout the book. I look forward to more books to come from this author.

Shy Kahlani had been in love with Conner from afar for almost 4 years. Worked up the nerve to ask who she thought was a shy, quiet red headed valedictorian classmate from Ireland on a date! Needless to say her opinions of him were totally wrong, changed from the very 1st date. Conner was the most self confident no nonsense guy who falls in love with Kahlani who brings him peace of mind because he is crazy, actually psychotic but not with her.The Irish Don’s Black Beauty has become one of my favorite books! I would highly recommend this book. I rather you read it for yourself because it’s a great story. Rosemarie, I give you a HIGH 5 on this one! Can’t wait for the sequel! I think I would like my own Conner...lol

Had I known this was a cliffhanger I wld not have purchased this book. In spite of the grammatical errors it was a good read. Dnt purchase this if you dnt like cliffhangers. Wait until the second book is released then read them together. It takes two long for sequels to be released so I purchase books that end in cliffhangers and follow authors who only write cliffhangers. I will finish this series but I am not sure if I will purchase more books by this author. Again, this was a good read, errors and all, but I am not a fan of books with multiple parts to them. Authors who that should release the books together.

This book was everything and more. I think I have read this book like 100 times. I don’t think I have ever meet an author who made an antihero so alluring. Conner was just so captivating, his chemistry with K was just so tangible,it sizzled off each page. When he switched accent my heart just got lost. I could not read another book for a while. Miss Rose thank you for nailing an antihero the right way... the Table scene (if you read the book you know) was just bloody hot. Part two was equally as beautiful. I hope to see more hero’s like Conner, he took Alpha to the extreme and I loved it. This is a dark twisted romance done the right way ...

I’ve loved this book for so long. I’m even happy with the changes. I can’t get enough of the story line can’t wait to see what’s done with the rest of the series. For the people talking about unrealistic it’s a damn book not a autobiography as the series goes on and the other books come to light you will see. Further more write your own books if you have so much to say about someone else book! I’ll help the people in the back Conner’s father and uncles made him into a killer when he was a little kid. The money he did explain was left to him by his grandfather. Hope it helped

I read this twice because the story was very interesting and different. 1st off I do NOT do high school romance but the characters for some reason reminded me of "Scream" & kids are not as naive anymore so I could go with the crime boss idea. I thought the author did a good job of his dual life, I liked that he was cold blooded- no ifs, ands, or buts about it, which seems very realistic for a crime boss. He would let his love get away with things but that's it. I also liked a little crazy. I thought Khalani's character was so naive and dramatic it was funny (I hope that was on purpose). The things I didn't like: It seems that you were dumped into the middle of a story, which was very annoying. I felt like I missed half the movie because there were so many references to other stories and characters as if we should know them. This is a stand alone and I don't see any other books by this author or any reference to this being part of a series so that was a definite drawback. I needed to know the history and real descriptions of the characters, that's a must for me, so I can use my imagination. The last thing that had me climbing the walls was OMG the editing. I had to re-read or go a few sentences ahead to make sure I knew what was happening. From some of outside characters it seems that this author may like to venture into other genres of sex so I'll have to be careful with picking her books but she definitely has my interest.

I really enjoyed books 1 & 2 of this series. They are definitely for adults . I was ordering book 2 before I was half way done with book 1. They were very hard to put down. My only issue was the editing especially with book two and I hope that in the next book there is a flash back to when Kahlani gave birth to the twins given how Carter was so opposed to having more than 1 girl sibling and them bringing Mason into their family. I still rated the first two books 5-Starand look forward to several more

Okay, I could not stop reading I was thinking okay someone did a different version of my favorite story Black Beauty. Wow, reading this story I know they didn’t this was awesome. I laughed, cried, wanted Conner myself or someone like that. I am so ready for part 2, I am also going to make sure I get notices on when you have a new story out.If your thinking about this story, don’t go ahead and get it. You will not be disappointed it deserves more then 5 stars.
