A bit disappointing
My grandson (4) is currently obsessed with die cast pull back toys and he begged me for a red VW bus with a surfboard rack and surfboard. So I look on Amazon and we checked out our options and settled on this set because it had a rack and surfboard even though he was not crazy about the graffiti on the sides. Bonus he would be getting three extra vehicles other than the red.So over the last few days since we ordered he's been impatiently waiting and studying the pictures down to every last detail (he's got SPD and little things most people may not notice are big deals to him.)They arrived today, after a one day snow delay. He was watching from the door after tracking the delivery on my phone and we eagerly unpacked them. First I wasn't impressed with the packaging. They were wrapped in a bubble wrap bag in a mailer envelope and one bus was damaged/smashed rear door. Second, first thing he noticed was that the surfboards look nothing like the ones pictured and, GASP! No carrying rack!So I went from being a hero to, "They're not exactly right but still a little cool Gigi."I get it, I expect things I order to look like the pictures or to specify otherwise too. :/

So darn cute
I ordered 20 of these and took them on a business trip to Dubai. I live in San Diego and wanted to give them a slice of California living. They love them. It was hilarious, if they had kids I gave them more to take home. Everybody was talking about how cute they were and people were putting them on the desk as a sign that I work with them directly. Love it love it love it.
