The North Face Women's Arrowood Triclimate¿ Jacket

Or maybe just don't buy it anymore? this year I have purchased 3 new North Face jackets online. 1 was final sale and I couldn't send it back. I tried it on and something was definitely wrong. After taking it to a tailor I learned the pattern was just cut wrong. 1 sleeve was 4 inches longer than the other and I had them tapered so I wouldn't look so huge. I've gotten one off amazon that was definitely cheap in fabric and 2 sizes too big. Today I opened one and it was definitely used and the wrong jacket.
