fits cherokee perfect.
Fits the xj perfect. Mine old bumper mounts were rusted and broken. Make sure to pb blast the old screws and bolts a few days before. I would remove the whole bumper held by 8 screws before you try to remove the old bracket from the bumper. Also you will need a star head (7mm?) for the bottom bolt the holds the bumper. Look under your bumper to see if you have that star head screw. Have a breaker bar handy also. I had some old bolts break but the other screws were sufficient to hold it in place.

Great fit for cheap
It was just like the OEM bracket, and an added nut welded on the bottom, same thread size and width. Would definitely use them again if my jeep gets hit again....

Gave 2 stars because the other one worked fine.
Bought 2. One of them had a bolt welded to the so far out of line that I couldn't make the correct bolt work. Had to get a smaller longer bolt and nut to make it work because I already had the bumper apart and I wasn't sensing it back at that point. Gave 2 stars because the other one worked fine.
