Ive been using Liquid health for about 6 months as a substitute for the Solgar Liquid melatonin. I use 10ML and it takes time for me to fall asleep but not keep me asleep throughout the night unless I dose 2 x 10 ML. I then wake up groggy & sometimes causes weird dreams/ nightmares. The dosage is strong enough and I guess dosing is dependent on individuals.

Makes me really thirsty in the morning… I start to feel sleepy around 15 -20 mins or so…I’m not sure if this has anything to do with it but it seems to alíviate my GERD… also I’ve been making my own tea with tumeric, ginger, chamomile, peppermint with unfiltered honey so it could be just that…but i recommend… UPDATE!!! I do NOT recommend. I started to lose a lot of hair after consuming this for 1 month. I couldn’t figure it out until I went over everything I was putting in my body. After I started taking this, that’s when it started to happen. So AVOID. Just don’t eat after 5 or 6 pm , drink lots of water 5-6 16 oz a day, be active in the daytime and just fix your sleeping schedule to sleep around nine wake up early and stay up and no naps. My hair is not falling much after 2 months of avoiding this product. Also I forgot to mention that I would take a splash of apple cider vinegar in a half a bottle of water and this definitely helps GERD. K ✌️

This should be illegal. I take it and feel soooo relaxed and calmed. Better that melatonin gummies alone.

It works great! But it has to be refrigerated. So when it comes to traveling you have to put it in a cooler tell you get to a motel refrigerator. Wish it was in a pill form.

I take 10mgs of melatonin, and normally use a gummy. I’ve read a lot of research that says gummies are not great for absorption, and that the dosage can differ greatly from gummy to gummy. So I decided to try these drops. The taste is fine, not good, but not bad. It’s a medicine. I didn’t expect any medicine to taste good. It’s easy to take. I take 2ml that is supposed to be equal to 10mgs. My issue is that some nights it is fine, but others it doesn’t seem to work. I’ve taken melatonin a long time, so there is a chance it’s me and not this melatonin brand. But, I did not have this issue before starting this liquid melatonin. For that reason I took a star off, but otherwise I recommend this if you’re looking for liquid melatonin.
