Best electrolyte drink out there! Used for a 3 day race. No issues with cramps or electrolyte imbalances and still tasted good on the last day.

My daughter does track and does not like the sweet traditional “ade” sports drinks. She trains a lot outside. This is the only kind we found she likes and it keeps her hydrated. She’s mainly a water drinker. I wish they had more flavors that she likes, but I’ve tried all of their flavors and I think they are great!

Great stuff

I had this for the first time at the end of the army 10 miler in Washington DC. I thought the flavor was delicious, and I searched out where I could buy some. I really like the flavor better than any other electrolyte drink I have found. I wish it had a little less sugar, but truly the best tasting electrolyte drinks I’ve come across. Great for recovery, in particular. Unfortunately, it’s quite expensive (the reason for four stars instead of five). If it came down in price a little bit, I would definitely buy it more frequently.

And I love it. The flavor of the Strawberry Lemonade is very sour and strong. Like a SweetTart. It’s not for everyone, I’ll admit. I started by buying one locally and fell in love that way! I recommend you do the same! Now I’m a subscriber and drink it all the time. I threw all the Gatorade and water out of my house. Forget it. Because this tastes better, HYDRATES 100% better and is VERY LOW CALORIES! Also, it’s cheaper on Amazon than locally since you can’t buy a case any other way.

My sodium sometimes dips low enough that I have needed to be hospitalized twice. My doc cannot find any reason or cause so after process of elimination with tests he said SIADH. Basically I limit my fluids and don’t drink too much free water. This drink is perfect b/c it hydrates well and is better than a pop or Gatorade. I drink a Hoist everyday. Buying on Amazon was cheaper vs the $2.50 in the store but the grocery has been running a special lately at $2. I wish they were cheaper but I buy them anyways.
