Salifert Master Reef Testing Combo Kit - Saltwater Aquariums

Quality and accuracy with a good price tag!

Considered by many as the standard in test kits. My LFS recommended I use it instead of another name brand I had. It is easy to use and doesn’t require as much time for each element. I’d recommend.

Test kit is good. Value is a bit high. If you grow coral you may need even more tests than this provides. I got this as my API test kits are decade old, however the test results are still in line with this new kit. Just be sure to store them in NOT in your fish tank cabinet, too warm. Store in room temperature cabinet.

I like these test kits but the nitrate has a range of 0-2-5-10-25-50-100. It is very hard to distinguish between 10 and 25 ppm.

These are great, they're easy to use and I love that they come with the syringes that you need to collect the samples so you don't have to get your hands wet. They're accurate too, I switched to Salifert after my API test kits said that there was ammonia in my drinking water. Believe me, the peace of mind you get from trusting your test results is well worth the extra money. This kit doesn't come with ammonia or nitrite though so make sure you pick those up separately if you want a complete set!
