Perfect for sourdough
This was exactly what I needed to proof my sourdough. I love that it is see-through and it has the straight edges so that my dough proofs evenly. Also the measurements on the side make it easy for me to tell when the dough is done proofing. I highly recommend!

Great Container, Crazy Price
These are great containers, but the cost of delivery makes the cost kind of crazy. See if you can get them from a local restaurant supply house. You're almost certain to get a better deal.

great for a variety of kitchen storage or measuring needs
replaces an older plastic (probably BPA tainted) food storage container. Only complaint is that it doesn't come with a lid - caveat emptor, you need to purchase the lid separately. I can't imagine anyone wanting this container without the lid. It's crystal clear, sturdy and the measurement markings are bold and large making them easy to read.
