this tastes great and it is so easy -- the texture of the rice gluten-free noodle is really good

Good, but need more flavoring powder.
The flavor is good, but there is not enough of it, so the result is rather bland. It is only enough flavoring for 8 oz of water, so you can't cut down on that that to get stronger flavor. It does taste good and the noodles have nice texture, so it would be five stars if it just contained a little more flavoring powder. Hopefully they will consider changing that, as I see I am not the only one making this comment

There's no salvaging this
I tried the soup straight. I tried adding ginger. I tried adding vegetables and chives. Unfortunately there's no getting around that this soup has an almost negative flavor that's worse than if it had a flavor. Even after packing the soup with everything, the bland broth still overwhelmed and the noodles gained almost no flavor. If I had to describe the taste, it would be the echo of very stale chili pepper powder meeting the ghost of citric acid. It tastes like the herbs in the back of your grandmother's cabinet that she forgot about for two decades and then decided to add "just a pinch" of as the entire flavoring for a dish because she remembered they originally tasted strong. It tastes like walking by a chili roaster in the wrong season when there's absolutely no taste of chilis left in the air but you can feel just a hint of something on the back of your tongue, letting you know that the air used to have heat and spice. It tastes like post-breakup ice cream or the first meal after the death of a loved one, but worse because you have no idea why you feel so depressed and want to cry.

I bought these because they're Gluten Free, But they have no flavor.
I miss ramen so much ever since I've gone gluten-free. When I saw these affordable and tasty-looking alternatives, I snagged three of each flavor. Unfortunately, they don't measure up to even the 30 cent ramen in the grocery store. The rice noodles got soggy and mushy, and the flavor and oil packets weren't spicy. One of them tasted like fish sauce. Ugh. I'm better off just buying a pack of gluten free noodles and then dumping a spice packet from cheap ramen on top of them. I don't recommend.

Gluten Free Heavan
OH MY GOODNESSš¹ No claims to swear this is god for other gluten free people. I've avoided white rice and sausces since 1990 when we were sold the myth that brown rice was healthier than white. Some Dr. on Youtube feed educated me Asians have been removing husk and exterior of rice to get to the inner softness of the fluffy white centers for thousands of years for a reason. He said husks cut our gut lining, leafy gut means small prickers open and let bile into blood stream etc. I found FODMOP information about leaky gut, learned im allergic to some fruits and vegetables, spices etc because they are high in things which the acronym is named. Long story short- bought 10 items to test, ate, didnt bloat or get gluten sick because of the white rice magic I just learned. I got sticky rice, these sweet rice cracker/cookies, noodles, lemon grass soup and sweet n sour sauce, tahini. I made my own lemon tahini dressing by watching a Rufus inspired training video thanks to Amazon's Rufus AI guy that prompted video options into my shopping experience 3 days ago. I will save these items to my profile, follow and search them there if you want, Im going to eat my new favorite things. THANK GOD FOR AMAZON's OPTIONS FOR Korean and Japanese foods.

Not the greatest
I have several autoimmune issues and Iām unable to have any gluten so I was pretty excited to try these, especially considering they were affordable and easy to make, and gluten free. Unfortunately the taste was not so good, it was extremely bland, the seasoning packet was so tiny and nearly flavorless, and the oil didnāt taste right. I was surprised considering itās supposed to be garlic flavored and I couldnāt taste that much at all.So, after adding in my own vegetable bouillon and some other seasonings it still only minutely improved. I tried cutting down the sesame oil, then omitted it all together and used my own better quality sesame oil, and it was a little better tasting but all that effort took away from this being an easy, quick meal.I do like the other flavors offered in this line, and the rice noodles are good consistency, donāt get too slimy or fall apart.
