I've always wanted a piece of alexandrite (my birthstone) but its super expensive. This simulated alexandrite piece is beautiful and affordable. The chain is sturdy and the perfect length for me (17 inches). The color is not very bright sort of a grayish/teal to a light purple/pink color. I personally, like this range of colors.
