Good sharp saw.
I bought this for cutting large limbs and small trees when clearing storm damage debris. So far it has done great. It was very sharp and seems well made. I usually use Corona tools for this kind of work but this saw holds its own with them and cost less. I haven’t used it very long so how it holds up long term is a question I can’t answer.

Great for the chainsaw-phobic
After seeing what a slip of a chainsaw can do to a person (friend and colleague), I've avoided them. Also, when a plastic surgeon friend avoids their use -- due, no doubt, to his professional experience with their victims -- I've opted for manual saws, even sawing through an 8-inch oak tree by hand instead of resorting to a chainsaw. This saw is great for most of the work for which people use chainsaws. Very moderate effort is required to saw through 4-inch and larger branches. Use some muscle and patience, and most jobs can be completed without a gasoline-powered, motorized saw.

This saw functions as described. It cuts as described. It is a good value for the money. It does the work for you, if you go by the directions which makes it easier.

Works as it should, but not very impressed. I used this to cut up up some small fallen trees (6" diameter) and honestly a smaller folding10" pruning saw cut faster with less binding. I can say the handle is comfortable and blade thickness is good. It appears to be well made for the money. Like all the new saws with this type of teeth, its not great on milled woods like 1 x 6 or plywood. The old sawtooth type of teeth is much better. But no one hardly make them anymore unless you want to spend 10 times what this saw costs.
