when it dry, can you color again?

for that, you want On The Go - Water Wow - those you "paint" with a brush that has water in a little plastic tube. when they dry, the colors disappear, and can be used again. our grand kids love these and take them to church for quiet, self-contained something-to-do. :-)

Off hands Yes. Not sure about clothing

Is the paint non toxic if child puts the brush in their mouth?

I don't recall reading that but I kinda doubt watercolor paints are toxic. If it happened to me, or if I were that curious, I would call the poison control number. they know about everything, even google it
