Asolo Women's Falcon GV Durable Comfortable Trial Hiking Boots

I've been wearing Asolo hiking boots for many years. They hold up quite well but my old boots finally bit the dust. I was hoping that Asolo had maintained their quality over the years now that it was time for me to get a new pair. I'm pleased to say that the new pair fit just like the old pair and had the same good arch support and cushioned foot bed. I took them hiking in the mountains as soon as they arrived. They worked out just fine. I have a narrow heel but am a little wider across my toes. These fit well. Got my usual size and am able to wear good hiking socks with them without getting pinched. There's plenty of cheaper boots out there but they don't have arch support or cushioned foot bed so don't waste your money if you plan on using them to hike on rugged terrain.

Quality is great. I love that there are actual arch supports. Cheaper boots always have a flat foot. Nice light/mid-weight. I have another pair of heavy Asolos that I love, but are just not as cushioned and are heavy. These are perfect! I normally (always!) wear a size 8 but had to go with a 7-1/2 in these (with still plenty of toe room left over for hiking downhill).
