Not durable and this company itself never responds when contacted etc
I have an allergy to basically all other gloves, but these do the job. I will say they have issues shipping things on time and cancelling orders. They never answer emails either.

Utterly Useless
This is the type of item there should be a negative rating for, IMO. I ordered these because they are biodegradable. Knowing that, I absolutely expected they would single-use & not like a latex glove that can be used multiple times. However...they are only single-use if you are only using them for maybe 5 minutes? 1st: I accidentally ordered large but was not bothered since my boyfriend needs x-large gloves and assumed he could use them. Well, these could have fit over both of his hands at once - I cannot imagine anyone with hands this big? 2nd: Two of the fingers literally disintegrated in less that 5 minutes! We were only using these to dice some food items up where we didn't want the smell lingering on our hands - that's it. They were not put in any liquid, didn't need to be 100% impermeable, nothing - just a little layer between our hands & the stuff we were cutting. It's a good thing these are compostable because they are nothing but trash as far as I am concerned. Disappointed.

Worked As Expected.
These gloves are well made and fit my small adult hands well - a little big, but still functional. They are a tad small on my husband's large hand but he is still able to use them. They are not form fitting so they so slide around a bit. I like that they are recycled. The price point was a little high for me, but during a pandemic we don't have much choice especially when trying to find and use "green" products.

seams rip easily
I love the eco-responsible aspects of this product. I didn't expect the gloves to be as rip proof as they are, so that is a plus. However, the seams seem to let loose pretty easily and quickly. I will probably buy them again, but I won't be able to use them for as much prep work as I had hoped. Thank you for making an eco-friendly product. I hope you are able to continue to improve the product as we learn more about this type of manufacturing.

Perfect Feel-Good Alternative
Great gloves. They are a loose fit style glove like in food service, but the material actually clings to your hand and fingers like a latex glove so they don't easily slide off. I feel great knowing they're eco friendly, too. The sizing is also forgiving I am petite and my fiancé does rock climbing and has larger hands, but the gloves we got fit both of us just fine. A perfect alternative to plastic and latex based disposables for food prep, cleaning, shopping, etc. so long as it doesn't involve submerging your hands (due to the loose wrist)

Will keep buying for environment, even if they’re not great gloves
As gloves they aren’t great. Rip easily, are super loose, your hands get super sweaty after only 30 seconds of wearing them. However, they are biodegradable so I will gladly keep using them. I use gloves often and always feel bad about the waste, these help ease the guilt

Excellent food prep gloves
The best disposable food prep gloves that can be used for all manner of tasks. Comfortable, lightweight, somewhat form-fitting, and durable. Plant-based and manufactured by an eco-friendly company. Pricey but a good product.

Tears if you look at them wrong
I bought these for dyeing leather. My hands aren't too big, fit well enough into the gloves but the moment they touch my skin, they tear. I seriously tore the thumb off three gloves just trying to get one out of the box. They're half way biodegraded the minute they arrive. I've had them on my shelf for about a year or so and forgot to write this review. I just ordered the normal disposable gloves you'd use in food prep after I tried to use these a couple times. Saw them today and thought I might give it a try if I could double them up or something. Nope. I think they were degrading right there on my shelf. Now they tear in half as I touch them, and after four attempts I was able to get my fingers in, and the gloves split right down the seam. This is a nice idea but they aren't gloves. It's more like they shipped me something for me to throw away for them (into the compost bin, at least). Don't buy these, they won't protect you or what you're working with from anything.

Only buy as a last resort
The compostable disposable gloves I normally buy were out of stock, so I opted to get these instead as I figured how bad could they be? Well, the answer to that is very bad. These are probably the worst disposable gloves I’ve ever used and it’s not bad just because they’re compostable but they are just of very low quality. You can barely get them on without ripping them and you definitely won’t be able to get through what you’re trying to do with them without ripping them. And even if by some miracle, you don’t rip them putting them on or using them, you will for sure rip them while trying to take them off. You might somehow manage not to rip them if you have small hands and you buy a size or two up but I still doubt it. I have large hands for a woman so there isn’t much room for me to go up from a large. I mostly use them for dealing with raw meat and it’s pretty much a waste of time even using them because they basically fall to pieces while you’re using it. I only bother to still wear them because I really don’t enjoy touching raw meat and I don’t have another compostable alternative. I really hope my other compostable food safe gloves come back into stock because I’d hate to have to buy these again when they run out.

Disappointed
I’ve never written reviews before but I just cannot pass this one! I was excited when I saw this biodegradable product. This item rips so fast as soon as you wear them. Doubling them does not help. Very unhappy with this purchase!

Rip too easily
They seem very fragile compared to other ones I've purchased

Simply unusable
I was happy to pay the over-price of this item to reduce a bit more my plastic footprint. But this product is simply unusable: literally, as soon as you pull the gloves onto your hands, they crack. And I try with many of them in case I was too abrupt on my first tries, but nothing did. They break constantly making them completely unusable to cook, or eat. Great to have non-plastic based options coming up, but this is a non-option. Very disappointing...
