Bought this stacking set for my 1 year old and he likes throwing them and putting them in/taking them out of the wood toy bin we have, but honestly, I LOVE them. I play with them every day. Not ashamed to say it, they are challenging and relaxing at the same time and my guests love trying them out too! I got both the forest set and the sea set. The size isn’t too small, even for my son who puts everything in his mouth, as long as you’re there with your kiddo you should be safe. The paint on the pieces is really nice as well, not too vivid, just a soft, non-toxic paint. Only had these for a few days now so I’m not sure if they will chip but so far so good. They are all smooth to the touch too. Would recommend!!

This set of stackable wooden critters is adorable and great quality. Each piece is 3/4 inch thick with painted details on both sides. The smallest critter is 2+ inches which make them safer for younger kiddos. Durable finish plus a cute bag. I always choose good quality wooden toys and I am happy to add this to my collection. It's a keeper!!!

I like that it comes with the storage bag. Is the white one a mouse or a weasel? We will never know

Bought as a gift for a 2 year old she really loved working with the pieces. Fun for kids good value.

I got these for my 2 year old's birthday because we are trying to move away from plastic toys. She loves them for moving around the house and making the animals "interact". My 5 year old loves to stack them in various ways. So they are a double win for us because both my girls get a lot of use out of them in different ways in their different developmental stages. I honestly love them too, they are so adorable and the stacking is super fun to me too!

I bought these as a gift for my 3 yr old Grandchildren. I keep them at my house for them to play with when they come over. I have caught myself building with them alone occasionally. They are a bit challenging but fun . You can talk about forest animals & just play with them as well as stack but stacking is not easy but can be done.

Great open ended toy, can be used to stack as advertised, in itself is a very entertaining task, even for mom & dad :) Also played with as animal characters. They go for rides in trucks, hide in caves, and so on. We’ve also practiced naming animals. I’ve taken pictures with their Tender Leaf stacking friends so you might compare. Both stack with each other perfectly. Love the conspicuous eyes, as if to say, ”what are you doing? Are you sure you want to stack that there?”
