My file storage came without damage, was easy to assemble, the lock & key work fine. I would recommend it. The only thing I found that it does not support the plastic tabs or labels.

I purchased this file cabinet because it was attractive and had a non-tipping feature, and wheel locks. Exactly what I wanted. But after I had unboxed it and discarded the packaging, I realized the upper drawer was attached only on one side. I contacted the supplier, and they initially offered me $25 "for my trouble," and suggested a third party could repair it. I emailed back that I didn't know what third party could fix it, and I didn't think $25 would cover it. What I wanted was a replacement file cabinet or a full refund. Ultimately, I accepted a refund of $50. However, that still leaves me with a filing cabinet I can't really use (if I pull out the bottom drawer the top one sags) except as a rolling table. And I still need to buy a filing cabinet. The supplier told me they would make changes so that this problem does not occur in the future, but I am reluctant to buy again from the same company.

Be aware, if purchased for use in the US, rails go in so that letter sized hanging folders are hung side- ways in the drawers, not front to back. If you want your files to hang front to back, you will need A4 hanging folders and then the rails won’t be needed. Ordered letter sized folders and used the rails and hung them side-ways in the top drawer and have order some A4s for my bottom drawer. Cabinet, itself, is pretty sturdy. Be careful, even with the small center front caster, the cabinet tips if you don’t pull out the bottom drawer prior to pulling out your top drawer.

Sturdy file cabinet. Beware, folders with index tabs will not fit in top drawer. Tabs hit against the top. I had to move them to the bottom drawer where they fit..

Sturdy and easy to use although wheels are tricky to get on. Perfect fit to chair height.

It’s nice but I can’t file any files in top drawer do to bar in the middle that all files get stuck on. Highly disappointed in this purchase.
