Yes, the box will fit a few spoons in it. I pack them in between a folded paper towel so they don't rub on each other

Does the one labeled 'bright' have a polished bowl? If now why is it $1 more?

Yes the bowl was polished. The textured finish of the handle would not feel well in your mouth. The polished bowl gives you the feeling of a regular spoon.
