Texture of the oats is heartier than rolled oats.
I love these quick cooking steel cut oats, and they are often out of stock in our local Sprouts store. Since I use them nearly every day, I decided to buy multiple packages at one time, therefor avoiding disappointment at the store.. I only have room to store three containers of oats, so I will do this again, before I run out. Why steelcut? I read once, in a health magazine that steel cut is less processed than rolled, and therefor, healthier. dEven the texture is better-a little chewier. Not as bland or pastier as rolled oats, in my opinion.

Love It, But Arrives Damaged
I really like this product and keep buying it because it’s hard to find this type of organic fast-cooking steel cut oats. However, this is the third time it has arrived damaged, with the container broken and oats spilled everywhere. It seems to be a packaging or shipping issue. I would absolutely keep purchasing it if the packaging were improved, because the product itself is excellent.

Avena molida
Por lo regular compro avena entera pero esta me gustó bastante xq tiene un sabor diferente (rico) y se puede mezclar con bebidas sin tener que usar la licuadora

Steel Cut Oats that cook like bad Rolled Oats
I was really disappointed by these alleged "steel-cut" oats. The whole point of steel cut oats is the great texture and "pop" in your mouth you get as you enjoy them. These 365 brand oats look nothing like any other brand of true steel cut oats, appearing as if they were simply chopped in a blender or food processor, rather than being cleanly cut by steel rollers. Oat bits range from large crushed grains to fine powder, which together cooks up into a congealed mess. The end result after you cook them is a pasty glop that sticks to everything and lacks any of the positive experience found in any other brand that I've tried. You don't even need to get the high-end Irish variety, any grocery store brand is far better than these. Taste is fine: Oats taste like oats. But if someone recommended steel cut oats to you and you didn't enjoy these, the problem wasn't your preparation, it is the corners cut in their processing at the factory.

Be warned food cannot be returned even if it's their fault we're not packaging the stuff right
Good product but remember this if it comes up all smashed up and broken you're not going to get your money back they have a policy of food, so I will stick going to Whole Foods then ordering the stuff online
