Great space saver and easy to use. I was pleasantly surprised. I weigh about 210 lbs. and it has been very sturdy. It says it is rated to 300 lbs. - not sure about that but should be good up to 250-275 lbs. (my opinion from using a lot of weight equipment for over 50 years).

I like the product and its sturdiness. I think I will be happy with it. The downsides: Made in foreign country. The installation instructions were not written by a native English speaker, and some of the pictures in the installation instructions are slightly misleading, so I had to figure them out and be patient. I am not using the expansion screws that they provided for direct installation to the wall. Instead, I am installing sturdy plywood to the wall and attaching the mounts to the sturdy plywood. This is what some reviewers are recommending, I think with good reason.

So with COVID I canceled my gym membership and opted to workout at home. The problem was space. I had been looking for something like this unit for a while and after reading the reviews I bought it. Best thing I ever did. The chin ups, wide grip and close, are great. The ability to convert it into a dip station/ab workout station really put this product over the edge as far as it’s multi function use. Between this purchase and the Nordic Trak adjustable weight dumbells and bench, I have everything I need in a very compact space. The ONLY issue I have with this is that I spent $50 in lag bolts, washers and a 2x8 (cut into 4-24” sections for mounting to studs) for installation. So figure this into the cost of this unit because it only comes with bolts for installation on a concrete wall. Find your studs for mounting and you will be good to go. I read one review that stated the unit had some flex. I used a couple of rubber washers where the chin up bar attaches to the unit as there was a gap and this fixed it. This may sound like a lot of extra work for the build and install, however the unit is 100% worth it. Very sturdy. Again... Game Changer for a home gym.

The quality is there. Its sturdy and can hold 200 lbs easily. Very manageable with moving around. I didnt recieve 1 nut which isnt a big deal. The worst are the bolts that go into a wall. I have an inside gym and i use studs to do my part. I didnt use the squish bolts but went and bought some wood screws. Works great that way. Love the product though.

Le montage est facile, mais l'installation est un plus compliquée. Il faut s'assurer que les attaches soient au même niveau, à la bonne distance et qu'elles soient fermement fixées. La structure est assez robuste. Les soudures sont bien faites, cependant les angles qui sont supposés être à 90° ne sont pas tous parfaits. Les coutures des coussins semblent fragiles. J'ai testé les fonctionnalités de l'appareil et j'ai été surpris! Je pèse 170lbs et je n'ai jamais senti la structure plier ou forcer même pendant les dips. J'étais vraiment sceptique a propos de mettre un punching bag dessus. Je l'ai testé et cela fonctionne parfaitement! Les outils fournis fonctionnent bien pour monter la structure, mais je ne vous les conseille pas pour visser les attaches. Vous allez simplement briser les boulons.(Voir photo) Je recommande la produit. Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon.

This came missing the connecting rods, the outside handles which is basically the pull up bar. Which makes it almost useless for what I bought it for. Also the handles are foam, not rubber like the photos. No way to contact seller, get the missing parts or return it. Disappointed
