Does this deck include what to do in case of nuclear weapon deployment?

Lol, this is a completely worthless disaster deck of cards. It is completely simplistic information.

Are there only about a dozen cards or so in this deck?

There are 15 cards in this deck. They are attached at one corner and are much smaller than I expected. About the size of an actual deck of playing cards. It is a supplement to a disaster notebook.

Have you thought about making one of these for emergency pet care? I would be first in line.

Where is the product made from?

Actually, that information is RIGHT in the product description: "MADE IN THE USA"... but, I think I understand the reason for clarifying: If you're concerned that it's made in China and is infected with the Corona Virus COVID-19, I will happily give you mine from last year BUT, KNOW THIS: It DOES NOT tell you how to survive an epidemic of any kind. ;) (Still, it's a great thing to have; you'd be surprised how quickly things you would think are "common sense" escape you when something horrible happens and catches you off-guard).
