Initially , the look,/feel and operation of this product was encouraging .Unfortunately the above was very short lived as after a few days the lock started to take far too long to re.lock , having spoken with Igloohome they suggested changing the battery , which i did , no change really , still a bit to long , but decided to live with it and be a little patient .Today , the gardener was locked out for an hour , i came home to assist with no success , neither bluetooth nor any codes worked , we tried and tried and tried ..until finally for no good reason Voila it opened ..Thank you God !!!This is a product that by it very nature has to work perfectly all the time , or your in big embarrassing trouble , and i simply feel rightly or wrongly that the problems will outweigh the benefits and sooner or later , probably sooner < i would be locked out again ...Sorry , wanted it to be good , the companies responses were quick and polite , but the product in my experience , as was the Masterlock bluetooth padlock , is not worth the risk, stick with a good old combination lock .and i returned it for a refund .

on the face of it a great item, if not a little expensive. the software and idea are pretty good, the reality is, it is not waterproof and the battery will only last a couple of months max in cold weather. I used mine for my garden shed, situated behind my garage and pretty secluded and enclosed. Water still got in to the padlock making it useless. The feature called JUMP START where you can hold a 9v battery to terminals at the bottom of the padlock to open when the battery is dead did not work. When I pulled the rubber lid off the padlock to reveal the terminals ti attach the 9v battery water ran out...In the end had to cut the padlock off with an angle grinder. Shame as the idea is sound but £100 for a padlock that lasted 14 months is a bit too pricy for me. Do not buy if you are wanting to use outdoors.

Excellent smart lock, very sturdy and strong build. The level of security is next to non. Best feature is you can provide a one time pin remotely to gain access. I run a truck park where I have overnight stays of vehicles coming in and out now I can just send a one time pin or a timed pin for there duration that they require. I never need to go back to the lock to change the access codes.I've used other smart locks but so far this is the best one I have come across. The build quality is very important in a lock and I think Igloohome have covered alot of potential violation risks, it's not straight forward to take apart unlike other smart Locks in the market.

was used for the gate outside. although it states it is outdoor suitable I don't believe it is. It didn't last for more than 3 weeks. Great Idea and Loved the fact we didn't need keys and it was smart, but definitively needs more work on it for it to be fully weather proof.

I absolutely love this. Money well spent. It comes with a silicone cover too that can help protect it if used outdoors. I've covered mine with the protector. It's not connected to WiFi so I didn't have to worry about WiFi connection or security issue. You can connect it to bluetooth and you can unlock it manually or using the app. I like it a lot

Lock seems good but I bought it with the expectation of 2 shackles (from the listing) - it only came with one! There’s a good chance that I’ll have to send this back now :(

best and heavy, but high price

I loved this in the summer. It worked so well. Then winter came and I’m now getting 2-3 days per battery! I’ve tried rechargeable now, as it’s unsustainable, and I get 1-2 days each time now. Such an expensive shame.
