I'm Loving It!
These Aruba Instant On brand devices and great. HP provides a cloud based management dashboard with enough features for most commercial applications, for free. The web app and mobile app are intuitive to use and work well. The devices themselves are sold well with good explanations of what they can and can't do. Very good value proposition!

Easy to install and get working. Does what I wanted it to do.

No Effective Support
I tried their manuals, chat and have been on tech support hold for more than 30 minutes. I'm NOT impressed. I was told I couldn't be helped because I didn't have corporate email address. Really?! I asked for escalation but I suspect I got a FU hold instead. I'll wait some more- but this sucks for an HP company!!

Good Device
Installation is a breeze, comes ready for outdoor installation. Mounting hardware could be better but not so bad it warrants lower star rating. I wanted to attach to a pole but this only comes with wall mount hardware.

No power chord must use POE
There are only two holes in the device and the little one is threaded so the power option is only POE. Aruba will not help you unless you have a domain for your company associated with the products. The app seems nice though.
