This is the only Melatonin that helps me sleep all through the night without no side effects. I can't find them in the stores anymore so since Amazon carries them and has a subscription I get it every month. It does work great for me

The flavor of these gummies is disgusting. It's so bad I can't stand to even eat them, so unfortunately these sit around until my husband feels he needs one. They are very gummy and thick, but I can't get past the flavor. Also the few I had didn't seem to help me fall asleep anyway. Sorry, not worth it to me.
